360 Engineering P.C. formally began operating in January 2020. We currently employee 5 full time employees consisting of one account manager, one staff architect, two staff engineers, and one professional engineer, in addition to Peter (owner and Professional Engineer). We are licensed in NY, CT, NJ and FL to practice engineering.

The office is located in the basement of a residential building with a separate entrance in the rear of the building.

We provide renovations and new building design for building owners and engineering consulting to contractors.

For building owners we provide designs interior and exterior renovations, structural designs, and new building designs. We meet with clients to discuss their needs and plan the right design for them. We prepare the drawings and file them the NYC DOB. Once the drawings are approved we provide inspection services to verify that the contractor has built incompliance with the design documents. This includes the following:

  • Addition or Relocation of Bathroom or Kitchen
  • Violation Removal Assistance
  • Interior or Exterior Renovation
  • Zoning Analysis and Evaluation
